REFUND POLICY

This Refund Policy supplements the Terms and Conditions of the vestes-sacrae.com Store, operated by NEXTLEVEL STUDIO GRZEGORZ ZAWADA, ul. Nadbrzeżna 15, 66-470 Kostrzyn nad Odrą, Poland, Tax ID (NIP): 5992845127.

Right of Withdrawal
A Customer who is a Consumer and has concluded a distance contract may withdraw from it without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving the Product.

How to Return a Product
To make a return, notify the Seller of your decision to withdraw by email to g.zawada@yahoo.pl or in writing, and then send the Product back to: NEXTLEVEL STUDIO GRZEGORZ ZAWADA, ul. Nadbrzeżna 15, 66-470 Kostrzyn nad Odrą, Poland, no later than 14 days after submitting your withdrawal statement.

Return Costs
The Consumer bears the cost of returning the Product to the Seller.

Refunds
The Seller will refund all payments received, including delivery costs (up to the amount of the cheapest delivery method offered), promptly and no later than within 14 days of receiving the returned Product or proof of its return shipment. The refund will be made using the same payment method used by the Customer (Shopify Payments or PayPal), unless the Customer agrees to a different method.

Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are not prefabricated, manufactured according to the Customer's individual specifications, or intended to meet their individualized needs.
